CricApex is a cricket scoring app for local players, clubs, academies and schools. If something is not working, or you have a question about your account or your data, we would like to hear about it.
Email: support@cricapex.com
We aim to reply within 7 days. CricApex is built by an independent developer, so please be patient — every message is read.
The more of this you can give us, the faster we can help. Please include whatever you have:
| What happened | What you were doing, and what went wrong |
| What you expected | What you thought should have happened instead |
| When | The date and roughly the time |
| Which match | The teams and the date of the match, if it involves a specific game |
| Your phone | Make and model, and your Android version |
| App version | Find it in More → About — it shows as v4.0 or similar |
| Signed in? | Whether you were signed in, and the email address on your account |
| A screenshot | If you can take one, it usually explains more than a paragraph |
Please never send us your password. We will never ask for it, and we do not need it to help you. We cannot see your password — it is held in hashed form by Google Firebase Authentication.
Do I need an account to use CricApex? Yes. CricApex needs an account (an email address and a password), which also keeps your matches backed up so you can restore them on another phone. You do not need an account to watch a match someone has shared live.
I lost my phone / reinstalled the app. Are my matches gone? Sign in again on the new phone and your teams, players and matches will be restored from your backup. Anything scored while the old phone was offline is included only if that phone got back online before it was lost.
Can I keep scoring with no internet? Yes. CricApex is offline-first. You can score an entire match with no signal at all, and it syncs when you are back online.
Who can see my profile? Any signed-in CricApex user can see your public cricketer card — your CricApex ID, name, photo, playing style and career statistics. Your email address and phone number are never published. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account? In the app: More → Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you can no longer sign in, email us using the address above. Full instructions: https://cricapex.com/account-deletion
How do I export a scorecard? Open any completed match and use the export option to save a PDF scorecard, or share a match card image.
CricApex has no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and we do not sell your data.
